Welcome! Here you will find all of the knowledge and Practices I have used to heal myself throughout my life. I have decided to share this because when people are in communication with themselves they can fulfill their full potential. I believe this is the gift of life!

This course integrates three evidence-supported approaches: menstrual cycle charting for hormone literacy and emotional empowerment, Kundalini Yoga for autonomic regulation and stress reduction, and Five Element Acupuncture theory for understanding seasonal influences on physiology and health.

You will learn how to track and interpret hormonal changes throughout the menstrual cycle to optimize productivity, improve communication and intimacy within relationships, and identify early signs of imbalance. This knowledge provides a foundation for regulating the menstrual cycle, reducing symptoms related to PMS, stress, and peri-menopausal transition, and supporting improved reproductive health.

Kundalini Yoga practices included in this program are selected for their measurable benefits in strengthening the nervous system, improving digestion, reducing anxiety and overwhelm, and interrupting habitual patterns related to addiction or coping behaviors. These techniques offer practical tools that can be integrated into daily routines.

Additionally, you will explore Five Element theory — traditional acupuncture — to better understand how seasonal changes influence your organ systems, mental health, and energy levels. This framework supports preventative care, emotional stability, and lifestyle alignment with natural rhythms.

Expected outcomes of this course include:
• Increased cycle awareness and improved hormonal balance
• Enhanced relationship communication and sexual wellbeing
• Improved focus, time management, and workplace productivity
• Reduced symptoms of anxiety, fatigue, and digestive discomfort
• Strengthened nervous system adaptability and stress tolerance
• Seasonal lifestyle strategies for sustained physical and mental health
• Clearer alignment with personal goals, values, and life direction

This program is designed to equip you with practical, science-supported tools that promote long-term health and help you function at your fullest potential.

Why It’s a Lie That You Can’t Trust Your Body

If I had a dollar for every time one of my girlfriends was told she fell within the “normal” range—and therefore couldn’t possibly have a health issue, or didn’t meet enough criteria to qualify for proper care—I wouldn’t have to work another day in my life.

But I do work, and I love what I do, because too many people—especially women—are denied meaningful access to care, understanding, and options. We’re taught to doubt our experiences, to minimize our symptoms, and to trust systems over our own bodies.

This course is for women like me who are seeking real answers and a deeper understanding of their bodies.
For women who are curious about supportive, holistic options.
For women who aren’t sure where to begin and are looking for education, guidance, and community.

If that resonates with you, this content is for you.
